I was delighted with Andina's exceptional location, strategically situated just minutes away from both San Blas and the Plaza de Armas, easing my exploration of Cusco's vibrant cultural sites. the staff's warm hospitality made me feel truly at home, going above and beyond to accommodate my special requests, creating a personalized and welcoming atmosphere. the attention to detail in the brand new facilities, impeccable daily cleaning, and the outstanding breakfast selection—far beyond the usual offerings—truly exceeded my expectations. Andina's dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay, from promptly addressing issues like a leaking skylight by promptly relocating me to a different room, to their excellent service and fantastic amenities, made my experience unforgettable.
